Since all products sold on KV Spark are customized as per the data (images, text etc) shared by the customer, the order cannot be cancelled once the printing has started or the order is shipped to the customer. The customer can cancel the order in website only if the customization process has not been started. Once the printing process has commenced, cancellation is not possible as the product is permanently customized with customer’s image, text etc.
